Current Job Opportunities

SCS is seeking an Interim Athletic Director for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year.  The position will require 30 hours per week (flexible schedule dependent upon game schedules).  Duties to include teaching one high school physical education class, game preparation and set up, weekly communication of schedules, transportation coordination, oversight of some home games, distribution and collection of uniforms, and enforcement of the SCS Athletic Handbook.  Interested applicants must possess a bachelor's degree and should submit a Staff Application, resume, and cover letter to Rebecca Clark, Human Resources Specialist, at rclark@salisburychristian.org.

Salisbury Christian School is seeking an organized and motivated part-time accounts receivable clerk to serve SCS families regarding financial matters.  Tasks involved in this position include monitoring payments from families, preparing invoices and statements as needed, answering client inquiries, performing basic recordkeeping, and completing other clerical duties as assigned.  This Business Office role is a part-time position with a maximum requirement of 20-28 hours worked per week, Monday through Friday.  Click here to read more details about the position.  Interested applicants should complete a staff application and submit it, along with a resume, to Rebecca Clark at rclark@salisburychristian.org.

Salisbury Christian School is seeking a visionary leader with the spiritual maturity, professional ability, and strong leadership qualities to serve as SCS Head of School.  The Head of School is responsible for serving as the leader of the school’s administrative team and for seeking to continually improve instructional excellence, technology integration, and intentional discipleship of students at SCS.  The Head of School must also be a strategic thinker and communicator who can promote development, plan for the future, and foster teamwork and unity among the entire SCS community.  A master’s degree in education, management, administration, or related field is required.  Please click here for the full job description.

Salisbury Christian School is seeking energetic, student-centered individuals to serve as substitute teachers.  In this position, successful candidates will fill in for absent teachers by implementing lesson plans, monitoring student work, and serving as a resource for students.  Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
