Salisbury Christian School is seeking an upper school principal who will serve as the chief administrator, educational leader, and spiritual shepherd for the staff and students in grades 6-12. The principal is responsible for implementing and managing the policies and procedures established by the Board of Governors and the head of school to ensure that the vision, mission, and values of Salisbury Christian School are realized in the day-to-day operation of 6th - 12th grades. As the leader of the upper school, the principal must communicate effectively with staff, students, parents, members of the community, and colleagues in other schools. Salisbury Christian School is seeking energetic, student-centered individuals to serve as substitute teachers. In this position, successful candidates will fill in for absent teachers by implementing lesson plans, monitoring student work, and serving as a resource for students. Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
